With the outbreak of Coronavirus in New Mexico and following the recommendations from the State of New Mexico Department of Health, the Board of Directors of the Music Guild of New Mexico voted to postpone the Señorita Ball that was to be held at the end of this month.
Thankfully, our vendors have been able to accommodate this unprecedented decision. Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 6th for the 63rd Senorita Ball to be held at the beautiful Sandia Resort & Casino Ballroom. The Pink Flamingos will still be entertaining our members and guests!
If you made hotel reservations at Sandia Resort for the night of the Ball, please remember to cancel them and rebook for the new date.
The Grant Selection Committee will continue to meet as planned, adding one additional meeting after the Ball to decide the award amounts and recipients. They will then be presented to the Grantees at a Summer Social.
